That is just amazing Ben...good job. Did Cyndi tell you that Jeff turned his desk into a "standing" desk and is currently looking for a tread mill for cheap?? You inspired him!
Thanks Nicole. Yeah, Cyndi told me about Jeff; that's pretty cool. I'm convinced everyone should do it.
wow, ben! that's really awesome. i didn't know how many benefits there were to adding lemon to your water. i've gotten down to only 2 or 3 diet sodas a week and am drinking water all the time. i will have to try adding lemon, now.
p.s.- when i saw you on jake's birthday, you looked great. all of this is definetly paying off for you.
That is so awesome. I hear you on the water. I always hated water but I have gotten used to it now. I only order water in restaurants and can drink tons of it. I still have the occasional soda as well. keep up the good work. I love reading about what people eat to lose weight and that doesn't sound too bad. breakfast is the hardest part for me. I just want to sleep until I absolutely have to get up to get ready.
I had started with just the oatmeal at work which didn't require me to wake up any earlier. But now that I'm getting up earlier to exercise it's too hard to wait until I get to work to eat (in addition to the benefits I mentioned in the post).
I am so impressed with what you're doing. I do pretty well with what I eat and water is no problem for me, but I hate exercising. That is what keeps me from taking off any more weight. Maybe I will get inspired by what you're doing.
P.S. My feet furt after reading this.
Awesome. Way cool. Just don't let girlfriends or wives read this, because they we--okay, maybe not me--will all be in trouble.
With the calories burning up, I'm wondering if you're eating, or wanting to eat, more. Have you become hungrier? Add Comment
