Apparently Dead Like Me lost its creator after just a few episodes. (did you tell me that? I don't remember.) I thought it really showed in the lack of a coherent vision of what was happening.
Yeah, I may have told you that. I think they did a pretty good job, considering, though. Almost every episode was excellent, but there was certainly some random stuff and storylines that never went anywhere. That was more evident in the second season, but even that was still great.
My ex boyfriend introduced me to Dead Like Me. I loved it! It was so enjoyable to see how the person ended up dying - always so creative! I especially loved Mandy Patinkin and the guy who had died because he drilled a hole in his head to get high. I only watched the first season, my ex had it on DVD. Someday I'll have to rent the 2nd season. Only thing holding me back: the language!
Yeah, the language is pretty bad. But, I could listen to Mason (the british guy) swear all day long. There's just something about the way Brits swear...
The second season is also excellent. It's more intense, however. Add Comment
